S390-17 17" Series 390 Channel Balance

Good Morning, these channels fell out of the window....while someone was opening the window. I have no idea how. I'm assuming one of the clips broke. Happened on two windows on Thanksgiving. I'd like to purchase 4, 2 per window and replace them. I've included the photos of one of the channels. ... (cont.)

I want to make sure I'm ordering the correct channel balances based on the photos attached. The channel lengths below are the actual length of the metal channel (not including the plastic end pieces). 17" Series 390 Channel Balance - I need to order replacement channel balances for my window, but dont know what weight option to choose. My existing balance is stamped "16 D" and "B.S.I." Is this enough information to decipher the correct weight option?

I replaced several of these in a rental house but the ones for the small window above the tub were missing altogether. I need to replace a channel balance in a window purchased in 1989. The length is 17 inches, depth is 3/4 inches and it is 1/2 inch across the opening. I have attached photos. The markings say " 16 D Fiberlux Mt Vernon , N.Y." Thank you.

I hope the photos I have attached can help you identify my channel Balance. It is for a non tilt window. The channel measures 1/2" (actually 9/16"). Numbers stamped on channel 162000D Thanks for your help. Andrew On The Level Handyman

Balance rod is 1/2" and is labeled 16B. The top appears to be a 19-002 but is slightly different as you can hopefully see in the photos. I cannot match up the shoe as it seems somewhat similar to the 15-050 but the 1 1/4" measurement is 1 1/8" on mine and the 13/16" measurement on the 15-050 is ar ... (cont.)

Hi, I have two sets of window channel balances to fix. I would like your help verifying that I'm buying the correct replacements. One set has the indication "25C" on the side, and the other has "16A". Both are non-tilting and have 1/2" channel width. The actual channel length appears to be 26" an ... (cont.)

Attached are 2 pics of replacement channel balances I need, not sure of the exact top and bottom shoe. Looks like 19-002 and 15-001 or 002. The number on bottom of balance is stamped 1620. 17in.

What if my guide does not have the 4 digit number? What is the rule-of-thumb for choosing the 4 digit to order by? I am ordering the S390-17
