Broken spring assist

I have original windows from the 70`s and the balance shoe is broken. This one is intact and it attaches to a spring. The sash is vinyl.

from 1970 single pane double hung windows. Mfg not known. see photos

These parts are in the the vinyl jam liners on a helicoil spring. They are different on the fixed side as opposed to the tension side. I do have additional photos

This part is inside a Jamb Liner connected to a spring the window was installed in 1980

I am looking for the part that attaches to the end of a balance in what I believe to be a Crestline/Vetter double-hung window installed in 1977. I have heard it called a pivot clip but don?t know if that is the correct name. Thank you Ed

Hello, Double hung windows are wood with no identifying markings. Probably installed in the late 60's. The windows are in excellent condition. Windows are from late 70's, this one is 44" W each sash approx. 28" high need springs and clips for both sides. spring approx. 21" long Photos included.
