S600-21 21" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

Please advise your thoughts to stop the window from falling. Thank you for your help and assistance

This part keeps upper sash up. There is one on each side of the sash, the one on the right sash came out of its sleeve and will not go back in.

I want to replace all my window locks. I have 2 on each window. Is your model 90-077A the correct replacement? From screw hole to screw hole is 2 1/16 inches and the base of lock is 1 inch wide. Thank you.

I have a balance rod that measures .538 with digital calipers and it measures 21" long and it has a red bushing in the end. Will the 3/8 balance work as a replacement? Your item S900-21? Thanks Phil

I need to order series 600-21 spiral balances 5/8" by 21" long, but I am confused. It is for a lower sash that weighs 21 lbs. The replacement window parts are blue tip and the balance is 21 inches measuring as you show. We do not see 21 inch balances. We can send pictures if you need.

I can't find any manufacturer information on this window; no bar codes or stamped ID. Please see the attached pictures. The balance is 22" long.
