S600-25 25" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

My house was built in 1999 that has MW Twinseal Vinyl Double Hung Windows. MW Item#56546. The window balances are broke in one window. The picture in the window shows a number 5900SB. What is the part replacement that I need to replace both balances? Thank you, Dawn

Hi, We just purchased 4x S600-25 (red) based on the existing balance having red. When the new balances were installed, and fully wound, the window sags to about 50% open without any force. Would replacing the red with black fix this issue (hoping for 100% open without force), or would blue be the n ... (cont.)

This came from an old 1970s VinylLine window. Tube is 25" with red tip. I think the S600-25 look like a fit but not sure.
