S600-25 25" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

Need to find a replacement match for my spiral window balances size 25in x 0.625in

This is a 9/16 diameter. The metal tube itself is 25 inches long. Do you stock these?

The metal tube part is 25 inches long and slightly over 1/2 inch diameter . the guide in the end of the tube is red plastic. The shoe is about 2 inch from top to bottom and the width of the channel closest to the window where the shoe is , is about 13/16. Can I purchase a relacement for these and I ... (cont.)

I just replaced all 4 spiral springs balances measuring 27 x 5/8. I charged the springs with 12 turns on each side, but the top window wants to slide down 1/2 inch to an inch no matter what I do. I just purchased a home and all the windows won't stay open they just slam down. I tried to twist the balancer clockwise however they still won't hold up. I don't know if they are just that bad.

Hi. Please direct ne to the correct replacement part. The balance shoe on one side is definitely broken and I am happy to replace both. The windows are at least 20 years old. AlSide Geneva double hung tilt-in. I have plenty of pivot rods. I just included the image to show how it locks into the shoe. Length of vinyl tube is 25 inches. Appears that the tube may be part of the balance and not just a covering. Tip color appears to be blue. Please help me identify this part as I need to two (one for each side). Thank you in advance for your help.
