S600-27 27" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

Hi, I want to make my windows easier to operate and hoping you can help out. I have included some pictures. My windows are tilt in and are about 28 years old the brand was Patriot. Pictures show the balance is just shy of 27" and they are a 5/8" diameter.

Length 27 IN. WIDTH 5/8. I NEED 4 OF THEM

3/8 Blue tip with 2/3 flex spring with tube the rest of lenghth

These measure 5/8 in diameter and tube is 27 inches long.

Hello. I am replacing balance hardware on several old replacement windows that are a very heavy duty mix of vinyl and aluminum construction. The springs that have broken in my windows measure 3/8" with black tip and are 27 1/2" in length. I don't see a black tip spring in the 3/8 charts. The window weighs 17.4 lbs. Can you suggest the correct springs I should be ordering from you. Tip color and length.

I have matching windows, double hung, tilt in. Lower sashes on both open but do not stay up. I want to order new spiral balances and a charging tool. We own a 1992 modular home. The windows are probably original. BUT they are in good shape overall. They're double pane, "low maintenance", tilt in to clean. Metal window locks say "Carefree." Single hung. None leak.Some of the windows are hard to open. Once opened, some don't STAY opened. We have a ... (cont.)

The photo with the title 140845 is a broken shoe and the windows all are of this style. The spiral balance size is 27" 5/8" diameter, should it matter. Any help would be appreciated so that I purchase the right one along with my spiral balance order. Thank you!
