S600-27 27" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

Hello, I need balances for a tilt window, 27" in length, 3/8" diameter, with a white tip, but I don't see this as an option. Please see the attached picture (the white tip became stuck in the tube and I had to cut away part of the tubing in order to see the tip).

I need to replace the spiral balances for some of my MW vinyl windows. The balance has a vinyl cover over the metal. The diameter of the balance with the vinyl cover is 5/8" without it is 3/8". The length is 27" with cover and about 26 3/8" without cover with the red tip. I am thinking balance model ... (cont.)

I'm looking to purchase around 12 DH-R30 Window Metal Spring Posts for the windows in my house. 6 of them are 33" long and 6 of them are 27" long.

For double hung tilt vinyl window. Only marking is most likely a serial # si92899. 3/8" but I don't know where to start/stop on measuring the spring length. Top of the coil itself to the bottom of the coil is 27" but there's other parts attached too.

Can I use blue color instead of red color, it is too far to drive to the job location finding it. thank you for your time.

I'm looking for these spiral balances. They are wrapped in a white plastic casing. The bottom sash would slowly fall down after being opened for awhile. Now the top sash falls as soon as the window latch is released. Hi - On my windows, I believe that some of the spiral balances were replaced previously. The upper balance is 27" and the lower one is 29". The windows themselves are each 30". Is this normal/common?

Hi - after removing the spiral balances, one pair of the shoes slides very freely in the channel, the other is very difficult to move. Is this normal? Should I replace the shoes as well when I am replacing the weights (there are no slots, so I'd need to use a spreader to remove the old shoes). ... (cont.)
