S600-35 35" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

Shaft has missing for my window , its height is 34.5. I don't know the brand name of this window.

Looking to replace the balances. white plastic tube covers measure 34 3/4" and they seem to be 1/2' round. S600-35, black tip I believe are the balances.Also need the pivot shoes. Windows say apco. Sash is around 18lb. Metal tube is around 34?, outer plastic is 35?. Fully extended its 68? from screw hole to pin. Outer plastic tube is 9/16? dia

The plastic insert in the top of the window fell in the channel and I was unable to retrieve it. Please add a caution to be careful not to knock it out. Do you have a replacement piece or solution for this?

how does the spiral spring attach to the top of the tube??

I tried tightening my springs but no help. I know the shoe's are worn because they won't stay in place with window out. Attached is a picture of the shoe installed. Hello. I'm not sure which color tip to choose for my 35" balances. If it helps the window is only 22" wide. It is a tilt vinyl window. The current weights do not have tips at all. Thanks for your help!

I just ordered two S900-35 balances. one balances lost it's spiral as I was putting it in, and it dropped a glob of lubricant along the way. I also had to charge it 12 turns to grab a bite.
