21-404 Bifold Track, 4' Opening

Hello - we are looking for a replacement of the bottom left track for the pictured closet doors. Is the part still available and can one of the two pieces needed be purchased to replace the broken piece.

What do I need to make this bi-fold door work smoothly?It scrapes and is difficult to open and close.Thank you very much.MikeI will send pictures of track also. Perhaps that needs replacing too.

I have changed flooring from carpet to hardwood and the track for the 1975 closet door that I want to put back in place is about 1/4" too deep (or high) and the door cannot be lifted over it to be put into place. Hello: I need help identifying new hardware for my bifold doors. I need as well new tracks. The old tracks measure 30 inches per one bifold door (4 tracks top and bottom) and 2 feet per bifold doors (4 tracks top and bottom) Thank you for taking the time to help me.
