I'm the president of an HOA for a condo building in Raleigh, and I have a crap ton of these window balances that are bad. They are similar but the top and bottom are slightly different sizes - pictures attached. Shorter balance is numbered E30E and longer one is numbered E34D. If you can help me ... (cont.)

I would like help with figuring which channel balance to buy I took out old one the string broke off from clip. It's a tilt vinyl window, I don't see anything that tells me the brand but I've been told it's a Harvey. the old one is 20".

We need to add another rivet to this balancer for it to work for us. Is this something we can buy separately? Also, we need to purchase shoes for our balancers. We use the S795-27". Pictures are attached. Thank you

I have 2 balances I need to repair/replace one is stamped 19 5 and has a BSI stamp on it. the metal channel is 19 5/8" long. the bottom fitting is damaged so I think I need a entire new balance. the bottom fitting has a patent # 6598264. I need some channel balances for this unit. The windows are from Florida Extruders International They are the Milestone Single Hung Series 1000. The channel is 29" long and 1/2" wide. The spring is 14". The only marking is 28B. It seems similar to your S380 other than it does not have a ramp ... (cont.)

We need the channel caps for the top of our window channel balances. You have already sent us the channels and they are fine. But we need the caps for the top of the channels.
