ordered S710-29 , should have been s395 opinion 2840. Do you sell the pop rivets that fit the channel that the 19-005 top and 15-001 shoe uses? Instead of re-ordering and paying for shipping again I would like to use the existing ends from the old channel. Thanks for your help.

I am looking for a channel balance as shown in the photos. It is for a tilt window. It looks like it is the ribbed channel. The top has 2 hooks and the bottom looks like the part in the photos. It has 35A stamped on the channel but unsure what the other stampings are. Thanks, Michael ... (cont.)

Series 385 comes fully assembled with the 19-005 top and 15-004 (1-3/32" deep) bottom fittings attached.See 62-005 for the rivet only for replacing a top fitting.

The plunger latch that I have is an aluminum unit with an aluminum cap. I'm trying to figure out what I need to do to get the aluminum cap to stay on. It doesn't have a shoulder like the plastic ones. Do you need to crimp it?

Hello I need channel balances for a vinyl single hung non tilting window. The marking is 27 4 BSI ND. The metal part measures 1/2" (9/16" actual) wide by 28". The foot is 1 3/32" deep. I fount this channel top balance 19-005 very close to the one I need to replace. As you can see the pics. it has two steps on the upper side no one like the 19-005. Please advise, if I get the 19-005 will work fine? Thanks

For use with a Series 800 Channel Balance, I need the plastic piece that is held by one screw and located at the top of the window. It holds a 19-007 top in place. What is the proper way to install model#39-538. You provide rivets with these, but can I snap them over the existing rivets? Are the new rivets made of stainless or aluminum? Do you think I can use a C-clamp to compress them?
