15-086 Tandem Coil Housing

So my coil springs are broken. It appears this window had the tandem coil housing which must have come apart (no longer present). The photo (#1003) showing tandem coil housing is another window in the house. I cannot remove the springs to see if there is a marking. The window measures 22"W x 26-1/2" ... (cont.)

I am looking for a Kensington window coil balance (I think that is the correct term). Can anyone tell me where to look for this or if it is even available anywhere.

We need to replace two traco quick tilt constant force balances. I took pictures of how it looks now. The window is Traco. Maybe you can help me by looking at the pictures. Hello, I need two parts for my window. The bar has 985 2-A. It's 2.5 inches long. The pivot lock shoe has a 7 on it. That is also 2.5 inches in length and about 1 inch wide. It's hard to measure without taking it out. Thank you

The metal coil has broken on one window

Looks like an aluminum ribbon. Was expecting a channel balancer and instead got a ribbon just in the channel???? Examined another window and no ribbon? Outside my expertise at this point.

The part has the patent # 5.353,548 molded into the part. One pic is of the part disassembled, showing one spring in 3 pieces and one plastic part broken. I'm assuming i need S140-7 as the shoes read 7L 7R. They are also marked T5,353,548 but i don't know if that is relevant. I do not have permission to cut yet.
