I have a window that won't slide at all -- but it will tilt. I believe it's because one of my pivot lock shoes has sprung its spring: I can see a coil of hardware on top of it that seems to be aligned with the window frame in the working shoe. Photo 1 shows the broken housing of the coil balance. There is patent number 5.353.548 on the housing. The upper part of the housing is broken and hence the top coil is separated from the bottom one. So my coil springs are broken. It appears this window had the tandem coil housing which must have come apart (no longer present). Hello, I need two parts for my window. The bar has 985 2-A. It's 2.5 inches long. The pivot lock shoe has a 7 on it. That is also 2.5 inches in length and about 1 inch wide. It's hard to measure without taking it out. Thank you
