I ordered the S210-14 and it looked pretty close to the one I had bought the thickness on the old one is 9/16 ,the S210-14 is thicker. I have a window that won't slide at all -- but it will tilt. I believe it's because one of my pivot lock shoes has sprung its spring: I can see a coil of hardware on top of it that seems to be aligned with the window frame in the working shoe. Photo 1 shows the broken housing of the coil balance. There is patent number 5.353.548 on the housing. The upper part of the housing is broken and hence the top coil is separated from the bottom one.
