Balance for windows

This is a window balance. there is a 6 on top one and a 5 on the bottom. They are coil type balances

Please let me know price for above spring I need 2 springs one on each side

This morning I opened a kitchen window and the left shoe pivot locked in the open position. I have removed the sash the shoe pivot appears to be broken. Regardless, it will not move up or down from its current position. Please see the attached photos. I am assuming replacement is needed. Thanks in a ... (cont.)

These keep windows from falling when open

This is what came out of my window sash. Note the upper housing has a piece missing from it. Looks like the bottom is 4lb and the top is 5lb, there were numbers on the springs that did correspond with the casings. We need the part with the metal (balance?) and the one with the blue part (shoe?). Both have the number Pat 5,353,548. The metal measures 1/2 inch in width.

Need to repair multiple vinyl window balance

I need to replace both "constant force" coil balance assemblies on a Gorell 5100 Series double hung window. I am looking for a coil spring balance. It looks like there are 2 pivot systems in the window ( I'm not sure) . The lower has a 6 stamped on it and the upper has a 7. It is 31" from where the top of the spring seems to be connected to the bottom of the window.

this part no longer has the tension to hold the window where you put it. Therefore the window always falls to the closed position. 1. What is this part? 2. What parts need replacing to solve this?
