Hello, need to replace coil balance springs on window sash 38 lbs. ?. 36 inches tall. (33" wide). One side had coil failure and the other looks like it is ready to go. Looking for a replacement window balancer. This balanceer had a "7" stamp on it. I have ordered from you before about a year ago. I have two Vinyl double hung windows that my tenants are rough with. These parts fell out of the tracks on the sides. They keep the windows from sliding down by themselves. Do you have these parts? Thank You, Shawn

Hello I'm trying to replace a broken tandem coil spring balance. Overall it seems to be 3-7/8" long, by 1-3/16" wide. There also is a number on case: PAT 5,353,548 One of the coils is stamped with 5 KC, the other with 7 13W. The weight of the wash is 21.6 lbs.
