I purchased these Parts back in 2014. My window keeps getting stuck down at the bottom. They are pulled down Windows so if I bypass that bottom part I can slide the window up. Hi I have a majestic double hung from about 2011. One window left side won't stay open. I know I need to replace the balance on that side but I also have no idea how to get it out considering there is no cut out. Any help would be appreciated Thanks John

hi, couple of windows coils broke, got the windows from home depot i think the brand was american craftsman. the stamp on this is 7 and the size is 1-1/4" x 9/16" any replacements? thank you.

I could not remove the bottom as there are no cutouts. I need anything that will work it doesn't have to be the same. I will create cutouts if I have to. I have no knowledge of windows at all but I am very handy
