I have ordered from you before about a year ago. I have two Vinyl double hung windows that my tenants are rough with. These parts fell out of the tracks on the sides. They keep the windows from sliding down by themselves. Do you have these parts? Thank You, Shawn

I think my coils are not broken. The plastic housings are broken. Do I just buy the coil housings? Are there more than one type? Here is a picture of an almost working balance.

Hi, Can you help me identify which parts I need to order. Both pivot bar snapped off in the pivot shoe and the broken piece of bar won't come out.

Hello ? I have identified replacement housings (15-086) by dimensions and appearance, and the coils by rating and dimensions (S180-6, S180-7) but cannot find a match for the pivot housing. Please see the attached photos. Will the 15-087 replace both the lower tandem housing and the pivot housing, or ... (cont.)

Hello I'm trying to replace a broken tandem coil spring balance. Overall it seems to be 3-7/8" long, by 1-3/16" wide. There also is a number on case: PAT 5,353,548 One of the coils is stamped with 5 KC, the other with 7 13W. The weight of the wash is 21.6 lbs.

Looking for parts for silverline window balance. Pics and subject have all info. Tandem constant force balance #6 with cam; and #7 for vinyl double hung window. Left side from inside. I'm looking for balance springs to replace broken springs in a window made by VPI company. I understand that company is no longer in business. I'm wondering if you might suggest a set of springs that would adapt to that window. The sash is 15.5" ht. and 31" wide. The window frame channel is 1/2" d ... (cont.)

The coil spring assembly that balanced a 30 year old vinyl window broke. Bottom window won't stay up. Do you have a replacement? The track it fits in is 1, 3/16ths inch wide and 5/8 inch deep. The window opens about 12 1/2 inches. Thank you! Jeff

I need both sides with coil

The part is for a Treco window and measures 4" long and 1/2" wide. Do you have anything that size. The track it fits in is 1 1/4" wide.

I need four each of these with the springs

The balance spring is bad and I need to replace. I am not sure the manufacturer of the window or how to remove the bad balance without prying it out which I have not done yet.

Not having any luck with the manufacturer getting these parts but I thought maybe you guys have them in stock I'm just be easier to buy replacements
