15-087 Coil Housing Pivot

Hi I need this pivot shoes cover which is cracked. It had two 4 lb constant force balances in it. If this is not available can I replace it with a single 8 lb pivot shoe. Thank you. Renzo

This window is 26.5 H x 37.5 W it looks like 2 window balance springs per side. DMC 45635 the spring coil says #6. I'm propping window open with pipe currently

Traco window part needed to keep window from sliding down. Windows were installed in 2003. We think this is the part that needs replaced.

10 yr old single hung vinyl windows. Coil came out of 2 different windows within 2 months... Company has gone out of business so I am trying to purchase the correct coil balance to repair myself. Thanks

I am trying to figure out what balance coil I need. It has two springs/coils in each one. I don't know how to remove them. Do I need to notch the window frame as in a U tube video?Sorry there is no name on the window. Help!

Tilt window (15 pounds) is hard to open. Do the coil springs fail? Note - I have not tampered with or removed the coil springs / shoe. Any advice?P.S. - I forgot to mention the following. I need three balance coil shoe parts. Not sure if it matters but one is on the right and two are on the left of the window. Also I need 2 tilt latches. One for the right and one for the left. I bought 2 generic ones. I want to see if the ones you have will be easier to install than the ones I boug ... (cont.)

I know you asked for pictures of the parts removed, but I don't really know how to do that. I'd be glad to try with guidance. The bottom of one of my windows suddenly became so heavy to open. I figured that nothing holds it to open it, the spring on the sides broke. The bottom part of window is 26 high x 26 width. I can see two of those springs that broke. Let me know what I should get.

I have a slightly different style of coil balance than your series 161, but the specifications seen to match (it's 9/16 thick and 1 1/4 wide). I couldn't read the rating on it, but it appears to be a 6, although the window weighed 10.4 lbs when I checked it. Is a pair of 6 lb series 161 coil balance ... (cont.)

Its the part that helps the window up and it has the number 8 on it so guess that 8 pounds
