The white coil housing has "PAT 5353548" on it. A previous post stated that 15-086 matches that housing. I couldn't find any markings on the coils. So I was trying to see what pound the coil balance should be. My window no longer stays up and a lot of google searches led me to this website. My le ... (cont.)

I need a new set of balance coils for an older window. The picture is the only identification indicator on the unit.

I've never done this before but t my window doesn't stay up. I'm showing what appears to be a broken coil balance in my window. What do I need to replace both sides and how do I remove the balance without a cutout. Thank you . Pat

This window is 26.5 H x 37.5 W it looks like 2 window balance springs per side. DMC 45635 the spring coil says #6. I'm propping window open with pipe currently

Traco window part needed to keep window from sliding down. Windows were installed in 2003. We think this is the part that needs replaced.
