15-087 Coil Housing Pivot

I need three balance coil shoe parts. Not sure if it matters but one is on the right and two are on the left of the window. Also I need 2 tilt latches. One for the right and one for the left. I bought 2 generic ones. I want to see if the ones you have will be easier to install than the ones I boug ... (cont.)

I know you asked for pictures of the parts removed, but I don't really know how to do that. I'd be glad to try with guidance. The bottom of one of my windows suddenly became so heavy to open. I figured that nothing holds it to open it, the spring on the sides broke. The bottom part of window is 26 high x 26 width. I can see two of those springs that broke. Let me know what I should get.

I have a slightly different style of coil balance than your series 161, but the specifications seen to match (it's 9/16 thick and 1 1/4 wide). I couldn't read the rating on it, but it appears to be a 6, although the window weighed 10.4 lbs when I checked it. Is a pair of 6 lb series 161 coil balance ... (cont.)

Its the part that helps the window up and it has the number 8 on it so guess that 8 pounds

The coil was damaged and I would like to replace both coils. The windows are Thermal Gard 500 series from around 2007. I also looks like I either need to use a spreader tool or make cut-outs to remove the coil housing balance. Please provide part numbers and any guidance/instructions. ... (cont.)

I purchased Reliabilt 5600 series double hung replacement windows and had them installed by Lowe's in 2008. One of them will not stay open. I need both the pivot shoe and bar for an Americancraftsman window. The part number on the shoe is 985-2A.

silverline double hung windows i need the primary and secondary balancer and the balance foam plug. not sure if i need to replace the coil, they are still there. the sash weighs 10.8 pounds if i need new coils.

I need the balancer springs but I cannot figure out how to remove the balancer. Any advice would be welcome. Or do I open the plastic case and replace the springs without removing it from the window?
