I have 6 windows I am needing to replace the balances on, upper and lower on both sides of windows. The upper balances are 24 inches, lower are 22 inches. I have one window that will need both lowers balances replaced, it is 14 inches.

Hello! I have two busted 14" channel balancers, neither of which still has all the guts inside. However, I have pieces of a block and fall and a spring. The channel has "14B BSI" and either "01" or "04." It's a really poor stamp. Thank you!

This is attached to a 1/2X1/2 channel balance. The channel measures 13.3/8. The markings on the balance are 14B DG5 CMC 51

Hi, I purchased two S795-14D balances to replace my existing ones. I have received the new ones, but the old ones have a hook where it goes into the wall. The new ones do not. Do you have an adapter for this or are there instructions to install it? Thank you.
