S795-20 20" Series 795 Channel Balance

I need a the white piece that goes on a 19" plastic balance rod, as well as a spring. Spring is 7 3/4" long and 1/2" diamater with hooks on each end to attach to blue and white shoes. Window was manufactured 2000-2006.

The cam on the bottom of the new S795-20 doesn't have the slot above the cam which the window needs to slide into cam. When the channel balance is in the channel the new one has the spring covered the old one has spring exposed. Any suggestions?

block and tackle balance needed for repairs to this window. Can you please provide quote for parts and if you have a video on how to repair. Thanks

I have a DH window with broken shoe. Can't quite find the replacement part. We think its a MI window, but not certain. The channel balances in this window are sticking and hardly moving. The markings on them are 20 5. I've also included a picture of the sticker on the bottom of the sash. I believe the window shoes need replacement because the part at the top of the shoe that hooks to the balance has broken and the balance retracted to the top of the window channel (hopefully I'm using the right terminology). The pivot bar on my replacement window broke off. I have no idea of the window brand since I just bought the home.

The biggest single quality issue I have is with these channel shoes. They are very prone to disconnect from the channel, while simply opening the window! i have a couple of the same type of channel balance that look like the ones by the past customer, except my say 27d, and 33d and it has a balance clip attachment at the top. it has a 1 1/4 t lock balance shoe. if i order the 33d and 27d will these fit my windows. please let me know. akj Here is ... I have several broken window balances. The stamped marking on the channel indicates a 20B type balance. I have included an overall picture and close-up of the pivot lock shoe.
