Hello. I have 5 windows I am needed to replace the channel balance. model are silverline series 2100 code s-019-2 rating H-R35 mst-3850 single hung the channel I took out are 27" long. I am in sure what model to order as I do not know the weight. Any suggestions? thank you, sean

Hi, My tilt window felled down accidentally while I was cleaning it (with tilt position). One end was out of the channel balance (S795-27B) and the T-lock was broken into pieces, while another end was twisted. I have multiple lengths 27b , 33c ,they all have the same Balance bottom. All my channels are ok. I just need Something that looks like my existing balance bottom in the pictures I sent. I will need a total of About 30 balance bottoms.

We have a window that goes up but does not stay up, it just slams back down. We believe we need to replace the shoe or channel balance and shoe. I'm unable to find a similar shoe. I want to replace the channel balances for my window that weighs approximately 25lbs. Do I need balances that are 25lbs each or is the weight divided with two 12-13lb balances?

Hi, I have determined that I need the 795 series Channel Balance assembly but I am a little confused on the size. My current rails are stamped "32-7 BSIN RL" and one is "26 7 BSI RL". The model number on this plain channel balance is (12/1) Unique 26-C-30 for the left side of the window. Is the broken plastic piece replaceable or do we have to buy a whole new unitl? Thank you Marty
