S795-27 27" Series 795 Channel Balance

Looking for balance for Hurd single hung window with tilt sash. Attached are the two photos. The number on the back side is 27B BSI RN. I need two of these.

This channel balance was broken and flops out when the window is raised, and the cord is always loose. I don't have access to get better pictures right now. I know these aren't great, but wondering if someone can point me in the right direction to order a replacement for next time I make it to the p ... (cont.)

Windows are from Builders First Source in a Del Web home in Houston Texas. Markings 27B see attached photos

This is the failed part on our Atrium window which is stamped "27C". It is from the lower window which tilts out. Window was installed in 2005 by builder and I am the original owner. Atrium said they could not help as no warranty sticker or paperwork for window. Hopefully you can help me locate re ... (cont.)

I don't know if I need the end part or the entire unit. It is a Gulf and Basco window.

I have a Simonton window it?s the pulley for the lower double hung window

mystery spring--> this is a tilt window spring, 27" long the channel is 10/16 wide

I believe this is for the balancer. Need to find out if you carry this part or is there something I can do to manually fix this. From my quick view the string is not pulling at all.

I don't see a Stamp option on current balance, how to I determine Stamp option??

The metal part is 27 inches long. the markings are 27B then ISB then TJ Can you supply these balances, and what is the price? Thanks much

We need to order a new channel balance for a window. Right now I'm looking at 27" SERIES 795 CHANNEL BALANCE (Product Code: S795-27). Our old part has "26-5" and "TG BSIM" stamped on it. The metal channel is 27" in length. We are unsure which stamp option to select. Thank you.

After reading several recent posts, I'm guessing 27" SERIES 795 CHANNEL BALANCE with the only difference being the top clip. Mine has a hook type clip versus what looks like a screw in clip ... The metal strip is about 27 inches. When I removed the metal strip/bar, there was a thread inside. The condo was built in 2007 to give you an idea of the age of the window
