What balance mechanism do I need to purchase?

Marking is 2600 BSI (maybe BS1 or BSL) for the bottom sash and 2200 BSI for the the upper sash. Looks like the balance shoe is damaged on some of my windows also. These are tilt, vinal windows. Have 8 windows need to replace all 32 balances (8 left lower, 8 left upper, 8 right lower, 8 right up ... (cont.)

What information do you need

Can you supply a replacement CMC-6 Balancer for a Midgard vinyl window with sliding/tilting bottom sash? Please see the included photos. The metal Chanel is 26 1/8" long, 5/8" wide, and 1/2" deep.

Looking replacement hardware for 26D and 30D balances (See pictures for stamped info on balances) I will also need the accompanying hardware, i.e. balance break shoe, etc. I'm looking to replace fifteen each 26D and 30D balance assemblies for vinyl double hung tilt windows that are 15 years old. I need to replace a full set of channel balances on HURD double hung window that was installed in 2001. I will need two sizes, 26F & 28E.

Hi I am looking for the channel balance replacement parts for my double hung tilt windows. Based on your parts list, I believe the 770-26B could be the right parts for it. The sash weighs about 16.5lb. I have attached the pictures for your references.

I am trying to locate this spring assembly for my double hung window. It is 26" long and has a double spring (Smaller spring is inside the larger spring). The stamp on the balancer housing is"25DS 36." The balancer attaches with an inch long screw at the top.

26" overall length, springs is ~13.5". It's a square channel and i need around 6 of these. One window both sides broke, others only only side. The third picture where the window locks in seem ok, just the channels where the ropes have broken. Do you have replacements for these? I am trying to f ... (cont.)

This balance did not have any fittings attached on either ends. The fitting that attaches the block and tackle to the spring has failed. The number stamped on the back of the channel is #C 2545. The actual length of the channel is 26 inches. I need to replace both sides (2).

I need some help in selecting which channel balance to buy to replace a number of "Unique 25 C 30" and "Unique 21 C 30" the shoe or end block appears to be the challenge (as shown in the picture).... the pivot shoe these connect to appears to be identical to your part number 15-105.
