S770-28 28" Series 770 Balance

Balancer is 28" long ; Both sides are 1/2' and back is 9/16"; It Has 28 D stamped on back. D is for the weight of the window it is supporting . The balancer fits in the window frame groove and is held by a clip at the top of balancer and slides in a slot in window frame

I ordered and received two of you pivot shoes 15-129. They did not fit and remeasuring the existing ones, they are 2" high, 1 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep. Couldn't find it on your website.

Hello, I need two replacement parts of the attached. The part is stamped (06/2) UNIQUE 27-D-40 But as you can see from the attached, it is 28" long. So I am unsure which of the Series 770 to purchase.
