15-180 Coil Balance Shoe

We are in need of 2 right side coil spring balances for the windows in the above pictures. We have been told that the manufacturer is Alenco Windows. We know that windows are 34" wide and 30" tall (58" tall is both top and bottom together).

Coil spring appears to be good. It is the plastic shoe that is bad. Is this something you can help me with? Please let me know.

Single hung unit the tilt out block still holds the window but does not lock in the track as it has broken off. spring is coiled up under the white part that is screwed to the sash. Thanks

1have two broken windows, both are the lower. one measures 30x261/2. The other is 34x281/2. I need left and right assembly for both windows.

Window (double-pane, vinyl, big and heavy) won't stay open, wants to slide down into closed position under its own weight. Attached photos show what I think is the problem. Little round gizmo should fit into the round space in the stirrup-shaped dealie that is still attached to the window frame, but ... (cont.)

Hi, I'm looking for the coil for both sashes on my window. Both sides have broken. There is a "7" stamped on the coil and it is about 1/2 inch in width. Can you tell me which replacement coil I need to purchase?

Hello, I recently ordered some counterbalance parts and am in the process of repairing them. I did notice on one of them that the plastic cover that is over the coils has a piece that covers the bottom coil that has broken off. Can I buy the coil cover separately? What are my options.
