15-180 Coil Balance Shoe

Did not find any markings,numbers or names on the right or left sash support coil balance spring(s) which both are required replacing.

Not sure exactly what is needed to make this right.

Hi, I'm trying to match a coil balance on your website. PHotos of mine are attached. The coil spring is 1/2 inch wide and has an 8 stamped on it. It looks like your 190 series but the table for the 190 on your webpage doesnt show the spring weight.

There are no numbers, names or markings. The window company couldn't find anything either. I just need one.

Windows about 20 years old, the coils on both sides are broken. No markings anywhere.

Just bought this house and trying to fix the one window that won't stay open. The coil spring is snapped and the pivot housing is cracked. Any idea which part I should order for this particular window? There are no markings on the windows to identify a brand or model.

My windows are Capital 9555 series vinyl double hung windows with a measure in 31"x31" as shown in the attached files. The coil width is 0.5". Need your help to determine the type of the coil. Thanks!

There is a number 8 on the coil. What parts do I need to replace? Will need replacement par6s so I can install by Thursday at the latest for a house closing Friday morning. Any help in expediting would be appreciated. Have ordered parts before. Thanks Vic

Hi, I have a window that won't stay open. I took a look and saw that the coils are broken. The shoe looks like to be 15-180 but there is no marking on the coil. Hello, I need two new balance coils for a Capital Windows Series 8500 window. They both seem to have snapped. Unfortunately there are no stamped numbers on the coil.
