Hellp, I need to repace two of these. One for each side of window

Hi there, my windows do not stay open. I believe this is the part that has failed. If you could identify this that would be great thanks.

These windows were installed on a new construction home in 2012. The builder is McBride homes and the windows have "MI windows and doors sticker on them. I can easily replace this.

Hi there! I can't find anything on the old (broken) piece...no stamp or numbers/letters anywhere. So hard to tell what the brand window I have because they are so old and when I bought the house didn't think of asking. From the best I can gather this is a photo of a 2002 Rowley building products double hung window coil spring assembly. Do you have this or something that might work? 32 inch high ... (cont.)

Coil in the picture. The window just doesn't go up and down and it's 150 pounds to do it

My single hung window's balance system was broken. The window was manufactured by MI window around 1996. Please help identifying the part number and what part can be used to replace it. Thanks.

I am trying to purchase these two parts/items for a residential window. Two pivots and two single coils.

Ordered new balance from Swisco. They did not fit. Can you help with identifying old balance on the photos included.

2"long the plastic part 9/16 " thick 11/4"wide

Spring numbers are 540 and 640

Can't seem to find one like this on your sight. I think there are more options but it's not giving me more options.
