Coil springs eventually snap after usage. There is no brand name on these windows. The only numbers I can find on a sticker are the ones in the photo.. do your best. I appreciate your help. Thank you

I was looking for the Coil Balancer for my home window. I don't window make, but the parts looks more like yours. Please help me to find this part. I will attach pictures when you reply back to me. Both coils are broken. I pulled one but it doesn't show the weight rating. I would like to replace the entire assembly on both sides (the windows were installed 25 years ago). I would like to order some new springs but could not find a stamp on my original coils. I also need some of the Pivot bushing that the widow clips goes in (picture labeled 3)

Dear Sir or Madam, some of my frinds window balancers are broken. Could you please help to identify which replacement balancer works? The size looks like 9/16 x 1 1/4.
