I have a window in my bathroom with tandem spring coils. The spring is stamped with a 4 on one spring and a 5 on another spring within the same tandem set. Do I make it a 9 pound single spring or what?Avidon

I was unable to find any information to identify the manufacturer of the windows. The coil spring is stamped 932. I am uncertain if this is the complete unit or if I will also need the part that fastens the top of the coil spring to the window channel. I hope that this will be enough for you to h ... (cont.)

Following up on a recent conversation with a SWISCO service gentleman and sending more information on the coil balance replacement parts I am looking for to use on my CertainTeed double hung tilt window. 33.5x16" window. Single coil on each side. 1" opening where coil balance is. I cannot find any markings on the existing coil or any brand/description. The window will not stay open, as it appears that the coil snapped. Any help is appreciated!

This is a coil balancer that has a set screw in the center of it. not pictured is the shoe (tilt) but i need to match this single coil balancer.

4 of the pix shows the coil spring, I think it's broken. Can I get just the coil spring only, and which one. The other pix shows the bottom of the spiral spring, the cylinder is 3/8" x27" long, that sash is about 5 lbs.

I need both the left and right Coil spring and parts replacements. Number on spring is 732. Both springs broke. Additionally, the shoes are cracked.

Hi - I'm trying to find the attached Window coil balance that will hold a combined 40lbs. The balance is 7/8"w and has two screws. I'm not sure but I think it has two coils.
