The sash is 28" tall. I need help identifying the parts needed for these coil balances to replace the whole system. Photos taken by customer in another town. My apologies for the lack of information

There are absolutely no markings anywhere unfortunately. These windows are original and the house was built in 2001 by Maronda Homes in Carnegie, PA (Carnegie Highlands). Looks like a double coil assembly, the pivot shoes do not look replaceable? No identifying numbers anywhere. This is the only window this size in our home. All the others are the same manufacturer but different sizes.

Shoe is 1 28/32 long?..1 8/32 wide?.16/32 thick?..the sash wt is 14#. The single hung tilt sash is 29 1/2" high and 33" wide?the shoes are intact and working. I'm looking for balances for our Metal Industries windows. Windows are from the early 90's, purchased from Hechingers. The channels are approximately 1-1/4" Wide and 9/16" deep. 1/2" wide Flat spring steel between the upper piece and the lower piece(pivot for tilt windows). Thanks for any help. Ken ... (cont.)
