House is approxiamtely 25 years old. Some windows are very hard to open since they have broken or brittle pivot shoes. Looking to replace all the pivot shoes in the house. Need 18 pairs.

I am working on a home where many of the windows had issues, so the owner cut the strings in the balance channels so they could open the windows. They discarded the channel balance feet. these shoes are fitted with the item #26-306 pivot bar. I need the part # or at least , the manufacturer

A large number of my pivot shoes are stuck at the bottom of the track and do not function. Most of the time when I try to pry them loose with a screwdriver, they break.
