I am trying to show how loose the pin is in the door. The bottom pivot seems tight The plastic wheels in the top track seem very loose I'm not sure if the tracks are damaged ?

My mirrored bifold doors are uneven, and I don't know how to make the adjustments. Bought this 24"x78" bifold mirror door at a thrift shop and it's missing all the hardware. Given the mounting locations, and the retracting pins on the bottom it looks like it may need more than a regular track and rollers from home depot. Any suggestions?

I've attached a couple of pictures from my bifold door. It seems to be missing something on the bottom to run in the track - hopefully you are able to give me some direction. Hi there, I can't seem to find replacement pivots for an old steel mirror bi-folding closet. The base is 7/16 but my track opening is 3/8, which means the nylon has to be somewhat smaller.

Track is 36" long by 1". (one of 2) Left upper pivot will NOT stay in place. Threaded screw hole is stripped. Other hardware is worn or no longer works.
