15-186 Coil Balance Clip

Thank you for this service! Home built in 1978. Two windows do not stay open and I believe it is due to snapped ribbons. One window measures 29.5 in x 20 in. The other is 21.5 in x 17.5 in. Attached coil system photos are from the smaller window. I can not locate any markings on the windows or frame ... (cont.)

I need to replace the balance hardware for my windows but cannot provide the brand or part numbers any longer as the store went out of business years ago. I was not able to find parts that looked like the ones in my window.

The window sash weighs 9 - 9 1/2 lbs.

Windows have no identifying information. Flat srings to open/close window are broken on both sides. Thank.you

It looks like a retaining clip of some kind, on the primary spring cartridge.

We are a property management company in Little Rock, but none of our client properties are in the city. But one of our agents got us these pictures. I need these coil sets. Can I order these as a ready-to-install set?

I am replacing a quick tilt coil assembly existing coil balanced attaches to window channel with a Philips head screw, I don't see that mounting screw on the S140-10. Window Balance is 1.25" wide, 2" long (excluding the coil. Screw in coil is 1/2" wide and 9 pounds.

Hello. I ordered and received 15-182 Balance Bushing, 15-186 Coil Balance Clip, and 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. However, I also need the steel coil that attaches to the Coil Balance Clip and the Coil Balance Shoe to hold the window up. Do I need to order that separate? I attached 2 pictures of the ... (cont.)

I am looking for this type of balance for a single hung tilt window. The only marking I can find is a symbol that looks like "B" and 932 stamped on the coil spring and a number 3 printed on the inside of the slot.

I moved into a condo that has Silverline single tilt windows. Some of the seals were broken and those windows have been replaced. When replacing the windows, I noticed that some of the pivot shoes(?) stay in the down position when the windows are raised. Do these pivot shoes have to be replaced? ... (cont.)

Hi, my bedroom slide up and down windows (2) side by side windows coils and the parts got broken, so the windows are sliding sown to the bottom always, no way I can keep it up (open).
