MI Windows & Doors Series 1050 Window. I think I need a single coil balance clip # 15-186. Also a coil balance shoe # 15-180. Please verify. I cannot identify a weatherstrip. Need help in choosing the correct coil balance spring. Broken spring is 1/2 inch thick with no markings. Seems to be a match with your Series 190 but I don't know which one (440-940). Window has no identifying marks or manufacturer name. Both sides of lower sash are broken

I am trying to locate this balance for our home windows. The home was built in the year 2000. I don't have any info on these windows. They were installed by Empire Builders. We live in Apex, NC 27502. Thank you for any help you can provide. James

Sorry but I couldn't find any markings at all.We have 2 wide regular windows and 2 slim windows in which the coil springs have all broken so none of these windows will stay open anymore. I need to fix all 4 windows but with so many parts on your site to choose from I really don't know what I need a ... (cont.)
