Coil balance for double hung window
Window has no identifying marks or manufacturer name. Both sides of lower sash are broken

I didn't find any numbers or names on the windows.
I am trying to locate this balance for our home windows. The home was built in the year 2000. I don't have any info on these windows. They were installed by Empire Builders. We live in Apex, NC 27502. Thank you for any help you can provide. James

I Believe a Better Built window Coil Spring Single hung windows

Replacement Coil Balance Parts for Single Hung Windows
Sorry but I couldn't find any markings at all.We have 2 wide regular windows and 2 slim windows in which the coil springs have all broken so none of these windows will stay open anymore. New shoe? Cam orientation? Part name top of shoe?
After washing windows, did something that caused both windows to slam shut. Image of shoe is of one that is still intact. window coil balance snapped
I went to open the window this morning and it would only go up a couple of inches. lifting out the window I could see that the coil had snapped. Windows will not stay up
I am looking to have someone install and/or get the parts to fix a few windows that I have. Window won't stay up
I'm sending a photo of the broken window and another window that is not broken. Is it the coil housing that is broken? I'm not sure what that is called. But, it is broken on both sides, so I need. 2 of them.

Broken coil balance
I have a broken coil balance on one side of a window. Not sure what is the correct replacement part for it. Its width is 1/2" and the window length is approximately 29". Also, do I just replace the coil balance? Or the complete assembly? Thanks, Albert
