Do you have a window balance as in the attached picture?

Window has no identifying marks or manufacturer name. Both sides of lower sash are broken

I am trying to locate this balance for our home windows. The home was built in the year 2000. I don't have any info on these windows. They were installed by Empire Builders. We live in Apex, NC 27502. Thank you for any help you can provide. James

Sorry but I couldn't find any markings at all.We have 2 wide regular windows and 2 slim windows in which the coil springs have all broken so none of these windows will stay open anymore. After washing windows, did something that caused both windows to slam shut. Image of shoe is of one that is still intact. I went to open the window this morning and it would only go up a couple of inches. lifting out the window I could see that the coil had snapped. Trying to find the replacement brake shoe as you can see the cam has broken out of the bottom over time.
