MI Windiow 3500 single hung series - need track Balance Springs

I have a window sash that has broken return springs. They aren't many markings on them, but might be M & W? What are the part numbers for the replacement parts? Where can I buy them?

Not sure what I need to order. The springs are stamped with the numeral 5. The housing that holds the cam broke. The left side which is broken has two coils and the right side has only one coil. Do I need to replace both sides in pairs?Thank you,Joe

Contractor installed when house was built in 1997. This is the right coil spring balance for a tilt-in, double-hung window to fit a 35" x 59" opening.

I cant find a stamp on coil. What parts do i need to replace. I have several bad.

I'm having a hard time identifying the correct coil balance I need to fix some windows that won't stay up. I've included a picture of the part I need and what I believe is the AAMA number from the window.. Not sure if I really need the whole part, the issue appears to be with the coil itself and t ... I just received my order (1216158) for parts for a double hung vinyl window that doesn't stay in the open position.I purchased a set of 15-186 coil balance clips, 15-180 coil balance shoes, S190-840 coil balance springs (8 stamped on them), 15-182 balance bushings and 33-073 trus head screws.I repla ... Take a look at our 15-180 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is compatible with our Series 190 coil springs. For a new clip cove,r see our 15-186. Let us know if you have any questions.

I've attached photo of broken coil balancer from 10 lb bathroom window. Both are broken and need replacement. End pivot bars match description of 26-040. I think the 140 series might work but they have difference end pivot bars suggested to match. Thanks for your help.

I can't find a number (although I'm not sure where to look). The coils on both sides are broken in the middle, although the window seemed to stay up okay with just one coil. The window is relatively small and light weight. Thanks for helping find the right coil to order!

The stamp on the coil looks like 932 or 902. I am pretty sure the first number is a 9 and not an 8. Photo attached Bob MSI

Hello,I am looking to repair or replace both top and bottom window balances. I have included pics of the balance . The only marking that I could locate is the #7 on the lower balance. Thanks, Carl

3 windows are the same balancer types 2 have single spring balancers these windows are approximately 27 1/2 x 33 inches Vinal windows the larger one is approximately 37 x 49 inches also vinyl window this would take 4 bar shoes as in pics. 6 balancers??-2 with double springs and coil inserts and 4 w ... I need the right part to order for my mi window...the coil spring that holds the window open broke. I took the window off and the broken spring has 932 stamped on it.

A number 8 is stamped on the metal band. Measures 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" deep. If you have a part that works, I would like to purchase quickly before closing.

I need to replace these window spring assemblies on 4 windows. 2 springs per window. I don't know the manufacturer. What else do you need in order to identify the correct part?
