This black part in the picture is from one of my good windows, the other broke off from a storm or something and it's gone. Hello, I need to replace my dual-arm Truth operator and need help selecting the correct one. The length of the fixed arm is about 9.5 inches from center to tip. I have attached photos from above and one looking up from below. Thanks!

I need the plastic guide that goes on the operating arm

This window is located on the side of my home. When I stand in frount of the window the crank is located at the bottom of the window. The casement window opener mechanism has two arms: one is 9 inches long, and the other is 10 inches. The case measures 2.5 inches by 5 inches. There are markings such as "02/19/15 09:22 A" on the unit.

One arm is stamped TruthBase is 4-15/16" wide, short arm is 4-7/8" long, long arm is 10"

Think it is a casement sill mount split arm operator, need a replacement. It doesn't close and need to push it from outside while someone cranks the arm.
