The operators I purchased are the correct replacement size of my current operators except for the black piece on the end of the long arm. My old ones just had a metal post without the black part. I bought several of the Encore Dual Arm Operators (part 39-438a & b) but the black piece on the end of them does not fit into the tracks I have which are exactly like the Truth tracks you have in the catalog 14.5" long. Hello,I have a casement window with a worn crank mechanism. The arm that connects the clip gets disconnected. The clip itself seems cracked. The window size is 35 1/2 in by 70 in

There are no markings or numbers on it it is close to a truth 52.13 but not long enough. It also has the folding handle like the Encore.

I need the black plastic clip that sides in the channel on the bottom of the window. It says Truth on the arm

This black plastic part holds the end of the arm that pushes the window in and out. End of the arm pulled through and separated. Any ideas what part it is or how to narrow it down? Thanks!!!
