Hello,I have a casement window with a worn crank mechanism. I can open the window with the crank all the way open, and then can get it about 2/3 of the way shut with the crank, but the last 1/3, I have to use my hand to pull it in as I crank, after taking the screen off. Part of casement window slide mechanism that holds the opening arm in the guide so the window can be opened and closed. Need end pieces and the "hump" on the bar is different on the old one. The first image my operator is the one in the middle, the 39-352 was to loose to fit on the operator. Please help me identify what i need.

Not certain what type of crank hinge this is. It has a slide track under the window as well as one along the frame. It appears to have 3 arms. Can you help me please?Thank you,Dave

The arm that connects the clip gets disconnected. The clip itself seems cracked. The window size is 35 1/2 in by 70 in

There are no markings or numbers on it it is close to a truth 52.13 but not long enough. It also has the folding handle like the Encore.

I need the black plastic clip that sides in the channel on the bottom of the window. It says Truth on the arm

This black plastic part holds the end of the arm that pushes the window in and out. End of the arm pulled through and separated. Any ideas what part it is or how to narrow it down? Thanks!!!

Purchased window from sears. About 10 years ago. There is a small plastic piece attached beneath the sash that the outer arm of the operator sits in. Window is 23" x 58" Need all parts attached to opener. Except the crank itself. All the tabs. Tracks. Etc.

window series ECLD/CSMT/AWN/VT i have had a number of these black plastic squares go missing out of the rails so the windowns wont close tight - not sure if they broke or popped off or what but looking for replacements without having to buy the entire window mechanism- i could easoly use a dozen o ... Am I correct in assuming the replacement parts I need are 39-528 14 1/2" Truth casement track 39-529 Truth hardware track slider 39-546 Truth snap-stud bracket? I already have the crank. Thanks.

It's a "postage" size plastic slider which the bottom longest arm snaps into. This slider ( ? ) fits into the bottom channel on the underside of the window. I hope this explains it.

I need the slide piece that goes on the end of the operator arm that fits in track identified in the pics.
