I have a casement pair. The operator is manufactured by Truth and looks to me to be a single arm "Encore" but I can not find one that is this short. replacing encore dual arm operator sill mount, #39-253 RB this arm is at the bottom of the sill attached to black plastic little piece that broke and I need to replace (see the picture)

The operators I purchased are the correct replacement size of my current operators except for the black piece on the end of the long arm. My old ones just had a metal post without the black part. I bought several of the Encore Dual Arm Operators (part 39-438a & b) but the black piece on the end of them does not fit into the tracks I have which are exactly like the Truth tracks you have in the catalog 14.5" long.
