Good evening, some of the windows in my house do not open properly. They get stuck on the frame and some won't Close without me, pulling the window in. I don't know if it's the mechanism or what. But it looks like a product that you sell.

Our old model windows can't be closes tightly by the operator working. I need to replace this operator, but I couldn't find it at hardware stores. Do you have it in your store?

The handle snapped off the drive shaft for opening mechanism on the right side window. The parts photographed are of the left side. So I will need the opposite of the left side drive mechanism.

My MILGARD casement window becomes unattached to the cranking device on one end. Please help me how to fix it. In the picture with the mirror showing the underside of the window, there is a black plastic piece that connects to the metal arm. I think that needs to be replaced because the hole doesnot ... The track on the window is L-shaped and it is 14 1/2 inches long and the arm on the crank itself is 19 1/2 inches wide tip to tip. The picture shown on the window is not the one I need. I need an opposite crank and track that opens left to right
