33-207 Shoulder Bolt Bushing

How does the arm of the crank attach to the hole in the arm of the window? Is it a threaded bushing with a screw?

The windows were installed in the then-new building in 1967. We believe they are Anderson windows. The frame is 23x39 We have 5 of these windows. Please identify window crank. I have found a lot that are close, but not the exact one yet.

All dimension are correct except the 3/8" hole where the crank attaches to the window. My dimension is 1/4". Is there a bushing, or something that will allow this crank to work, or is there another item that I need? Thank you for your help!

Looking for pins or rivets for old style casement windows hingesi only need 4 pins or rivets I ground the tops off so I could remove windows to replace glass thinking it would be easy to replace the hinge hardware.
