This is a latch for a casement window. It has zero identifying marks on it. The mechanism has stripped and I would very much like to find a replacement. Thank you

Looking for this locking mechanism. The only thing it says on it is ROTO. The window appears to be SNE corporation. It is a casement window. The holes where it bolts to the window are threaded.Thank you,Rick Warehouse Manager

The homeowner wants to change these items to white. 2 operators and 2 locks. Windows are a milgard brand. Series 3510 casement. Product line is 032-167. There are no part numbers on either the operator or the lock.

Hi, i need a replacement latch/handle assembly for a traco casement window, please see attached photo Baseplate holes are spaced roughly 3.8" on center and the baseplate step that passes through the window flange is .429" wide by 4.250" long -Adam

The casement lock is from a window in a condo I own. Per the contractors proposal the window should be either a Harvey or Plygem. The color is beige/almond. I think the most appropriate part would be Maxim Multi-Point Lock, Medium Slider 38-095 I have lost the screws and the original plate mounting plate (which you can see is horribly bent, and interestingly only has three sides) Would you suggest I try another part?

Trying to track down a replacement. Housing is die cast, handle is white metal. (It snapped off.) My local window and door superstore says this is no longer manufactured, but did a similar unit made of plastic. Much prefer metal. Measures 3-7/8 for screw holes, inset piece is 4-1/4x5/16 deep, and 4- ... (cont.)

Garden window is about 10 years old. Pleased with it, except that latch on one of the two side window has broken, so side window can not longer be cranked open. Any chance we can replace that latch ourselves?
