I removed my casement window multipoint lock, but it seems like its screw holes are closer together than anything I can find on your site. In my picture, the screw centers are abut 3-3/8 inches apart. The grip that extends to grab the window is 1 inch. I don't see any other identifying marks on the ... (cont.)

Hello my name is Jerry Gray, I need the locking mechanism for a left out swing window. The window is a Series 238 Casement, dimension 37H x38W. The order number its from is #438273,Date 6/28/19. I really appreciate your help and time thank you.

The window is 23" wide by 34-3/4" high, right-hand swing. Need the top and bottom hinges and the "keepers." Photos attached. The fixed arm is about 5.5" long. We would like to buy a new latch, to replace the broken one. We are able to replace it ourselves but are having difficulty finding it.

I currently do not have a supplier for getting these two pieces, the pin attaches to window frame, and connects to a bar that limits how far the windows open. The multipoint lock is jammed in one of my casement windows and when I slide the lever up or down, the lock does not open. I am unable to open the window to be able to have access to remove the lock. I believe the windows are Kohltech DP50. They were purchased in 2011. I am looking to get the part that is circled (or a few of them) as well as some new locks (the part that is not circled). The only markings I can see are on the inside "B1 is stamped and circled and also "66" is stamped. It is the lock from a casement window.

I don't see any vendor or part numbers

Can you share the dimensions of the 38-095 and 38-096 in apples to apples comparison so I know what I have to order? Maybe lengths between screw holes? Thanks

We have a lifetime warranty with you, but cannot find our paperwork. We need one of the locks in the first photo, one crank in the second photo and 8 of the locks in the third photo. Also need one new screen. Can you please help me?
