Looking for the right truth split arm operator and crank handle. As you can see in the assembly photo the attached arm for the window arm is busted as well as the crank. I took another pic of the window arm w/o the crank. Need help with handle and split order

Hello, I have several older Silver Line casement windows using a male 5/16 hex handle (like product 39-226). The handles constantly slip out of the operator, which I take that part is stripped. Unfortunately, we don't have any stores, we're only online. As long as your dimensions match up with our part #39-317, the part should work for you. This is what I have. It looks like too short.

Crank arm won't stay in . Is there something broke and missing. I need the parts

I have just recently purchased a house with a Silverline window in an upstairs bathroom that doesn't work, needs a new crank assembly. I have attached a picture of the warranty label and the crank in the window. I need the whole assembly because the handle is stripped.

I have n Encasement window where the window would not close. Since it is getting cold in Maine I wanted to make sure I could close the window. Just spoke with a Swisscom rep. And they suggested I email the black part on the track for replacement on these casement windows. Anderson does not keep these parts in stock. The cranker is 31/2 " across in width and 3" in length vertically from the top of the round part. long from end to end and the hole that is in the middle is about 1/2 inches.
