Handle and operator arm broke off casement window. We have no record of the manufacturer of this window, only that we installed it. Without a PO, we can't go back through our vendor to get the parts. The one sticker on the window is illegible/faded.

Good morning, I would need to replace this window part, as overtime it has been rotting and the doors are not shutting as normal. At the same time due to the cold weather it's creating a significant draft.

Not sure if I just replace the handle or not

I am looking to replace the chipped "housing" and crank handle for my casement windows. The windows open and close ok. But the housing is beaten up and the teeth that hold the handle are shot so the handle sometimes slips when trying to open the casement. I am not sure how much I need to replace ... (cont.)

This is double pained crank out window. Was installed 14 years ago as a result of a fire so I have no idea what brand it is. the bottom Kranks are all Broken and there is a little hole in the bottom that the window crank fits into- that keeps falling out , so the. My window cranks work fine, but the crank handles pull out of the "socket" they are in. I am assuming the entire crank assembly will need to be replaced. The crank housing on my model is 4 1/2 inches long.

We are missing 2 handles can you please identify the missing part? Thank you Henry

I have casement windows that have broken cranks and one window with a broken opening mechanism. Here are the pictures of the mechanisms on the windows. The handles for these windows are loose. The windows still work and can be opened using the crank handle but the handles themselves are just sitting in the opening without locking in. Can I replace the handles themselves or do I need to replace the entire thing? And are they universal? ... (cont.)
