I have casement windows that have broken cranks and one window with a broken opening mechanism. Here are the pictures of the mechanisms on the windows. The handles for these windows are loose. The windows still work and can be opened using the crank handle but the handles themselves are just sitting in the opening without locking in. Can I replace the handles themselves or do I need to replace the entire thing? And are they universal? ... (cont.)

I need the part which attaches the crank mechanism to the window. The part which is missing is on a left hinged window and has a part number OPO52020. It is approximately 4 1/2 inches long. I haven't had a chance to remove this yet, but can do that if that helps better identify the part. It is for a small bathroom window. It is stripped and no longer operates.

I am trying to find replacement cranks-12 years old. Not sure why all the handles keep falling out~ missing screw possibly? Would I just need the handle or both parts? Any help much appreciated!
