Windows installed probably 20 - 30 years ago. 2 windows per section x 3 sections with about 8" separation between each 2 window section along wall of upstairs room. Window glass is stamped with Anderson. No markings on operator parts Arm seems to be 8 3/8 or so Looks different from typical Anderson straight arm operator replacements from what I can tell. Hello. Andersen window cig-1 --99.6 The number on top of the crank is C-9400-1B The number on the arm is 1521101 The arm is 9". If you look at the top screws closer to window they measure 4.5" screw to screw. Please let me know if you need any more info. Thanks, Amy

I am trying to replace a crank. The parts numbers I can see are F-9400-8A, C-9400A. The teh shaft is 8 1/2" long and the base is 5" wide.

Is there a difference between operator 39-099 and 39-343. I bought one with the adaptor plate, and I do not need to use the plate. After installing the operator, I cannot close the window completely, the arm of the operator is hitting the window sill. Any suggestion?
