Hi. Got a client with a window that has a broken latch and crank. The latch appears to be internal to the trim.

I'm looking for the plastic clip at the end of the arm.

Trying to find a replacement window crank for an Andersen window

It is 9 inch from screw to round area on crank. I just can't find the crank with the screw on right that slides in limiter. I need the crank. I have handle in cart

It is the plastic piece that attaches to the window that is broken.

This is from an old Anderson awning window. I don't need the folding handle if is discontinued, any handle would work. But I cannot find the operator. Both items are stripped and just spin.

The little plastic gliding piece which attaches to the bar outside the window, pushing it open and pulling it closed when cranked, is broken. I'm looking for. replacement for the plastic piece or bar with plastic piece. Photos are attached. Thank you. Kevin

The plastic bracket that holds the window to the arm broke so the window will now not open using the hand crank. The one picture shows the piece that is broken and the other window shows the white plastic piece in tact on a different window.

The screws are 4.5 inches apart. The arm is 9". It has C-9400-1 stamped on it. The current one is stripped and doesnt close.

The First Two picks are the Anderson Casement, Manufactured in 6/2000. Has #1361460 on it. I need both left and right. Second set of photos is a Anderson awning window, I would need the crank mechanism, it is stripped out. I belive the casement is a 400 series window from what I remember. Do you nee ... (cont.)
