Hi, I am looking for an operator or a link for a HEHR 10-J-30. The link that is broken has a number on it of 008-123 and appears to have a slight offset in it. It is hard to tell what the offset is as the link is broken and slightly twisted. The link is 3 5/8" End to end and the holes for the sc ... (cont.)

Hi...the handle drive splines are stripped out of the the worm gear on my Jalousie window crank assembly. If the worm gear was available it seems like an easy repair. I am looking to replace a number of my jalousie window operators (probably 6-10). Could you tell me the difference in quality between the 39-005 and 39-346? The previous owner had replaced many of them at some point and the replacement parts broke quickly.

I watched your video and then went to my jalosie window, actually it is in a door. The handle is the same and has screws, but it looks like a rivet or a nut where a screw should be on the inside strip if metal. Now what?

I am trying to locate a window operator that is designed like this- its dimensions match 39-005 approx. 4 3/4" to the outside bolt/screw holes, but its location of the turn device make it function much better than the design with it in the center. Can you help me?

The 1st picture has the stamp of 10-8303. I could not find any other markings. The second picture has Stanley on the handle and a number 359 on the extension. Please let me know if you need more info. thanks

A single vent window box installed in 1988, the window crank still works but the brackets for the screws have broken off. No markings or numbers on the part or on the window.

I am going to install part 39-346, I am not sure how to attach the shoulder bolt. The directions say put the "e ring in the groove". There is no groove on the shoulder bolt.

My operator looks like your 39-346 in all regards except my gear is in the top and all of yours are in the bottom of the operator. Also, my additional bar is two inches and has a slight offset in the middle. Can you help me find a replacement?
