I have original windows in our home built in 2008 that appear to be Millgard, however all the Millgard balances I find online look different than these and don't seem to have a pivot shoe. I need to replace all the balance shoes in the entire house which is 15 windows that are 3-0 x 6-0 windows. The tension on the balances is pulling the balance apart from the shoe. The balances themselves are in good working order but my concern is will the new shoe fit into the old balance. ... (cont.)

I need two Series 795 channel balancs, 34C, with 1" t-lock balance shoes/closed cam(15-194), and the hook(15-198)

The piece is broken. It seems to be T-shaped, 1" wide, close-cam -- see photos. The part number is 4610108. I see that you have suggested your part 15-195, but that is 1-1/4". You also have 1" part # 15-194, but the spring hook seems to be different: in my case it is angled down (see the pictures) ... (cont.)

This part slipped out of the tilt channel balance and is worn out. I hope these pics are enough but I can get any other pics you need. Thanks!

I have two sets of balances I am trying to repair. Both are 28 inches in length. One is stamped Unique27-D-40, the other white one is 28F and some symbols. My belief is both can be replaced with your series 770, one in a 28d and the other in 28f as the channel is 9/16"on both. My questions are 1, wh ... (cont.)

The green hook-like think on the T-lock has kinda come out, do I need to get new T-locks or can I use the same one? Thanks Shalini

Dear Sirs, I have Patriot 2100 series windows. Some of them, in their spring loaded balance, have broken plastic part at the bottom where sash hangs. I need this part for several windows.
