Weathershield no longer supplies hardware for the Custom Shield Awning windows, I need both the crank handle & the cover attached to the window replaced. Qty. 4 Do you have anything that would work? Thanks!

Hi, I believe I need 39–348 based on the attached photos and the width of 24 inches. Two of the screws lineup roughly 2 inches apart, but I can't see the other two screws because they may be hidden by the arms. Can you confirm that they are about 4 1/4 inches apart? Crank can open window but doesn't close window. Wondering whether any of your awning cranks would work.

The crank handle of an awning window has come out and cannot seem to stay. The crews may be stripped. The window is original to my house which was built around 1991. The Sill is wood but might have thin plastic cap full width however I can not remove screws that hold the handle mechinizum under sill, 4 -6 screws. Thinking about removing ~ 1/4 inch thick piece of sill above mechinizum so as to access srew heads, ... (cont.)

Crank housing is 3 1/2 inches wide. I need 2 replacements. Crank arms for awning window shoul be around 7 inches long since width of window is only 14 inches wide.

From: MARK/1-4 WeatherShield Alum clad awning window. 38.5" x 14.25" Just need to verify that the 39-348 operator in white with the 39-205 folding handle in white is the best choice. Shoe stud, clips, and operator track seem to be fine. Please advise. Thanks, MARK.

Hello - I'm looking for some old Kolbe & Kolbe awning window parts. House was built in the early 90's. Need the guide bar track (1 @ 26 1/8" long and 1 @ 26 3/4" long) that screws to the bottom of the sash. Also need the brackets that slide in the guide bar track that clip to the arms. And... ... This is a 25 yr old Caradco window. Abt 18x18. The crank has pushed out of the housing. The arms go to the left and right. I need a replacement.

Hi, With pics attached, Is your product 39 - 312 the correct replacement for this application. The connections and crunch look a little different. But I may be able to work with your 39 - 312 if this looks good from your experience, Craig

Hurd casement window, dual arm, 9" arms. Need replacement.

Need a replacement operator for this awning window. It's a Truth operator.

Left arm is stamped truth 40011, right arm 40012. Looks like I will have to remove the wood over the mechanism to access the screws mounting the mechanism to the sill. Looking at product code 39-348. Is that correct? Will I also need the operator cover 39-107?

My hardware that needs replacing is Truth 40012 marked on both arms. The areas are 11 inches, the bar across the top is 27 inches and the handle base is 5 inch. What do you suggest? Thanks
