Hi, I would like to know if you carry this operator. It is a dual arm. Arms are 9 in. long. It has a screw in retainer plug with two flats. I have an awning-style casement window that needs a new operator assembly. The awning arms have a center base and two straight arms. When open, the arms make a V shape. The Operator gear is stripped. The interior part that the handle hooks to is 5 inches wide. One unusual thing is that there is no easy way to get to the two philips head screws that hold the mechanism in place. Appears that you need to chisel the bottom of the window frame up to access. The screw mechanism "retaining ring" (?) has popped out. Unable to screw it back in as the threads that held it in are stripped. Being from the South even tried JB Weld Epoxy & that did not hold either. No one around here seems to know what to do & they recommend replacing the whole window. ... (cont.)
